Spectacular views, stunning apartment, lovely and helpful staff

Only unfortunate thing was the spa was broken. We were allowed to use the facilities next door.

Handy location to beach & main strip of Mooloolaba. Spacious & clean apartment with good view

Some road noise but that was expected

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk to cafes, restaurants & shops.

The master bathroom was dirty, the tiles need a good scrub down & the living room walls had some marks on them. Both showers had low water pressure & hard to regulate temperature. Hard to find any hotel staff to ask questions

Property location was good

We have not got the same property which was showing booked , it is not Alexandra on the pacific . It is not 4 beds there was 1 extra large and 2 double bed , when we booked it was 2 single bed in one room ,that was not the case , when we entered the house one of the blind which was already broken and fall down when we were operating , they charges us $50 dollar and the argument was owner was saying the blind was good , if this is way to maintain property then they go with guest inside the property and get checklist of each and every thing , we never had so bad experience , it is not about money it is about dignity and respect of yours customer
