The hotel was clean and comfortable with professional and helpful staff. Our room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable, with a balcony. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location for the ferry boats for the Borromean Islands (but note that the stop is Carciano, not Stresa, which nearly caught us out). The Ristorante La Cascina is an alternative to eating in the hotel and is a short walk up the hill behind it.
We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed; we thought it would be open until the end of September, but perhaps it wasn't really warm enough for a swim anyway. The hotel is some distance from the centre of town, but the walk along the lakeside promenade is lovely if you are not in a hurry. We chose the hotel because of its location near the railway station, but the walk from the station is tricky because there are no pavements.l

Camera pulita e spazio a, cena su una bella terrazza.
Piscina ultra affollata, arrivati non c’erano nemmeno lettini disponibili. Dovrebbero imporre regola 1 ombrellone e due lettini per camera mentre famiglie da 4 occupavano 4 lettini e due ombrelloni.

i really enjoyed having a pool and the guy at the Pool was super nice, typical Sardinian friendliness!
there was a mold smell in the room and the reception was a bit unwelcoming at the beginning.

Mi è piaciuta la piscina e la vista lago .
Credo che il prezzo dell’albergo è troppo alto per come è la struttura e trovo esagerato fare pagare da parte la colazione a costo di 13€,visto che il costo dell’albergo a giorno è di 250 €.
Trovo assurdo fare pagare il cane 10€ a giorno perché non è un bambino .(fare pagare il cane ora mai è diventato un business in tutti gli alberghi)
La camera era un pó polverosa quando siamo arrivati.
