Location is good, no doubt. But for people who have travelled on work, not for tourist

This hotel is not family friendly, especially if you are travelling with a infant or baby. They literally said no to all my requests, one of which was, if they could heat up or boil the baby food (such as ceralac or porridge). I went up to the restaurant with a food mix in a bowl, all they needed to do is, boil it with water and give it back. The lady at the restaurant blindly said it is not allowed. Throughout my 6 days of stay I had to hire taxi, go to close-by restaurant, and get it boiled by paying them 5 AED every time to do it. Next day, I asked if I could carry a bowl of corn flakes and milk from complimentary break fast to the room for baby ( 2 years old). And she said, not allowed. I have travelled across the globe and have stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels, never seen this attitude. After all, we are talking about a food for a small child.
