Great location to the beach, Calle Gerona (main strip with pubs & bars) and the old town. Friendly English speaking staff.

No real issues with hotel, just wish Booking.com had made it clear on their website that if you book minimum of 5 nights then you get the option of all inclusive !

View from our room was very good but unable to make full use as we were in the shade all afternoon. Very good experience with the lifts as no long delays. toilets were very clean in the public areas. Waited a long time at check in des as no one to be seen !!! Initial check in was good though.

Food was not up o the usual standard. At breakfast the beans were not cooked i suspect. As they are cooked at the caning factory i suspect the hotel chef just puts them out straight from the can ad are heated by the infra red light ! We went half board this time as usually full board there is to much to eat. Disappointed i had to pay for drinks and especially as the same drinks were cheaper in the metropole bar !!! This is about the 5th or 6th time i have stayed at this hotel as was always good value - not any more and will not go back again.

Not enough toiletries Stayed in many four star hotels. This one. although nice didn't provide any extras we normally get in others...slippers, chocs, fruit, cava in one,scales...all little bits that make it a bit special. More like a three star
