Everything was perfect. Breakfast selection is enough and satisfying, rooms are bit small but clean and tidy.
Breakfast personnel not enough for capacity. They sometimes bring the wrong drinks for breakfast(it’s ok) and not bringing the order during the breakfast(not ok). When we ask for drinks our meal was almost finished and got “there are many orders” as an answer. This is unacceptable from a 5star hotel.

Everyone was super nice! Incredibly helpful people at the front desk, in the restaurant, …
It’s loud! I know it’s right in the city centre but there is barely any difference in noise level whether the doors are open or not.

Apart from its fantastic location, its beautiful building and all the things that puts it in its 5 star category. It is the staff, each and every member of staff I came in contact with where friendly, helpful, genuine and professional. They are the ones who make this hotel such a lovely place to stay. I would come back in a heart beat. Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable.
Absolutely nothing I could fault
