Restaurant served nice food with friendly professional staff. Location perfect and double glazing good

Room was a bit tired. Airport hotels are always expensive because you are paying for the convenient location

Expensive.

I had a 13-hour layover in Santiago. The location of the hotel is perfect - simply walk out of the terminal go and check in and it's all done very quickly. I liked not having to worry about catching a shuttle to a nearby hotel. You pay a premium for that convenience, but at midnight in a city I don't know, it was probably the only way to go. As part of major hotel chain, the hotel had all the usual features including a big comfortable room, beautiful bed and great bathroom. There is a small gym on site which I found useful (some instructions on how to use the treadmill would help rather than guessing!). Staff were efficient and friendly.

I arrived after midnight from a 5-hour flight from Brazil - all I wanted was a Chilean pisco sour and then hop off to bed. Bar was closed! But I could order a couple of beers from room service. First world problem? Probably yes, but disappointed. Not a deal breaker by any stretch as I had a good stay.

Super close to airport and has gym

I stayed in this hotel 3 times in one month and the room card would randomly stop working, is inconvenient when you are choosing this hotel because you are tired and you have to keep having to go downstairs so the staff can reactivate it.
