Location

Very small room, info received at reception was inaccurate and misleading (not helpful ay all).

We liked the location for what we had planned.

Failure to tell that the hotel was under renovations. also the tv had no English speaking news channels.

great location, helpful staff. Towels were replaced the next day.

there are molds in the ceiling of the bathroom. Wifi ist low at times.

Location of the hotel was good, located near to most common places of attractions

Book a room for 4 pax but was given sofa beds instead of 2 double beds and was not informed in advance. Requested for toothbrush was told that hotel do not provide at all but when requested several times via calls they provided it to us. We were also told that complimentary water was only provided once upon check-in 2 bottles were provided in a room for 4 pax Hotel staff told us to get it at the nearby supermarket and suggested us to request for delivery for cartons of bottled water to be place at the reception

Location was near the shops i want to go.

Coffee capsules were not provided during the whole stay. One of the staff in the reception was not pleasant in answering queries. In fact she was nasty

although i had terrqce room with eiffel view , they downgraded my room wirhour a notice. stadf very rude, no more stay there

Enjoyed our stay at Hôtel De Castiglione last month. Booked two connecting Superior Twin rooms for three nights, my husband and I in one room and my daughter and niece in the other. Comfortable beds. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Had a lovely dinner at a restaurant around the corner - Francois Felix. Perfect location! Six minute walk to the metro and the best part - it's so close to the Rue Saint-Honoré shopping district :)
