Stayed in the cottage bright clean spacious loved it

There was a brochure claiming room service to your door and we declined fed to eat lightly at the restaurant and have a pizza delivered later and we double checked at the restaurant that this would be fine . Then later when we ordered they refused to do this so we all went to bed hungry

Lovely hotel very clean and modern

We were given a disabled room so sink was just above your knee ..and breakfast wasn't very good I could hardly cut through my pancakes with a knife so could not eat them ..and very slow service in the dinning room but food was nice .

Location was brilliant, just across the road from the Blacksmiths. We had a cottage (no. 4) which was lovely and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. It had everything you'd expect and an amazing shower.

The cottage had a slight musty smell.

The property was very nice overall, and the room we were given was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was perfect for attending my friend’s wedding.

I was disappointed because I had booked a one-bedroom cottage, but upon arrival, I was informed there was an electricity issue and we were moved to an executive room instead. Although the room itself was lovely, it was not what I had booked, and it meant we were separated from our friends who were staying in the cottages for the wedding, which impacted our experience. Additionally, I paid £300 for the cottage, but the executive room costs £121 per night (£222 for two nights). Given this difference, I feel this was not equivalent accommodation. I would appreciate it if the hotel could offer a partial refund or appropriate compensation to reflect the difference in room type and the inconvenience caused.
