Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of fresh fruit, cereals and a delicious full English breakfast if wished. Sue, the host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a traditional family hotel in a quiet part of Bournemouth (Boscombe), not far from the beach and Boscombe Pier.

Spacious room, clean and neatly presented. I especially liked the metal kettle (as opposed the plastic one many places have). Sue provides an excellent breakfast, I enjoyed the fresh berries and the mushrooms she cooked for me. Sue is very hospitable and welcoming.
The bed wasn't soft.

The host was lovely and the breakfast was very nice the location is great if wanting the beach as only 10 minute walk the town isn’t great though.
The property wasn’t bad it was clean and welcoming the shower was a little temperamental and definitely take a hairdryer with you. The room is a good size but maybe to much in there the tv faces the window so not the best layout.
