Staff cleanness and breakfast

There is a smell of mold from the washroom

It is a good value for the money. For me, the location was great. Close to Heathrow, 5 minutes to the Hounslow West tube station, Tues, stores and restaurants. Only an hour to London central via the tube. It's not fancy, but very clean. A full breakfast is included.

It is an older building and a little worn, although it has been updated.

Honestly, there was not much to like. Only the breakfast was acceptable.

The room we received did not at all match the picture. It was not well maintained and did not feel clean. A weird window out to the hallway and a very poor secure door lock. A TV that did not have any channels. A bathroom where cold and warm water did not work properly. I would not wish to stay there again. Ever.
