Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.
Could of been decaf coffee as an option.

Hotel propre et facile à trouver. Employé à l'accueil adorable, nous sommes arrivés bien avant notre check it et la chambre nous a été remise ce qui était top. Chambre propre. Proche du centre, il y a des bus qui amène en 20min au centre ville.
L'insonorisation est à revoir, meme si en centre ville nous nous attendions à un peu de bruit mais : prévoyez des boules quies tres efficace ! Car entre les voitures, les gens que l'on entend dans le couloir, l'épaisseur des murs sont tellement fin que j'entendais le réveil dans la chambre à coté!

• Clean bathroom and has dispenser liquids in the bathroom
• Small storage closest with a safe box and hangers
• Good customer service.
• You can leave your luagge with the staff in the 24hr front counter before your check in time.
• No lift
• There is a fridge but you can't leave anything in there while you are out because the entire power of the room turn off when you take the key card out.

Could have had a little bit more of a clean especially the wooden part next to the bed and there were hairs in the shower

Clean and comfy room, check-in was smooth and for the price paid a great stay.
The area didn't feel comfortable for a solo female. However, this is not the hotels fault in any way.

It was unusually hot during our stay; the fan was effective but noisy.

Helpful staff, who immediately offered to lug suitcases up 2 flights. Very close to bus connections into London centre. Plenty of coffee/tea/milk next to the kettle. Safe in room. Daily room cleaning. 24 hour reception.
For London, a 'budget' choice that gives better value/facilities than a budget hotel that's more central. So absolutely no complaints at all!

there was no facility for the guest who arrived very early to leave their luggage before the 2 pm check in.

We didn’t have breakfast offered so cannot rate that. The bathroom was a good size and the bed ok comfort wise. The room was clean.
It was incredibly noisy, there were people talking throughout both nights, I could hear the receptionist listening to something (tv/music), moving paperwork around, talking to people, the walls were so thin I could hear a phone vibrating in the next room. The cleaner started hoovering early in the morning so not even a chance to catch up on lost sleep.

Good location, just off the main road. Friendly staff. Room was basic but had the facilities needed and was clean. cold on arrival as radiator was not working but fan heater in the room soon warmed it up.

Close to university made it very convenient to visit grandson for his birthday over the weekend. Loved the up and coming area . Good places to eat in pleasant surroundings.really liked Bobo for their food and fab staff . Very convenient to get around London by train and by bus. Will be going again in new year. Hopefully booking the same hotel.
Nothing really, shops were ok and the street market was great.
