The location was very convenient and easy to get around the CBD and city fringe suburbs. There are a few restaurants close by the hotel. There is free carparking for hotel patron which is great. The carpark gate is closed after 8pm and can be opened using the room key. We appreciate this extra security feature. The room is spacious for 2 adults and 1 kid. The bathroom is also spacious and we like having the balcony too. Good value for money.
The receptionist was very friendly.
The outdoor pool is cold. The website advertised that there is hot water jacuzzi available, but it was empty. The hotel restaurant menu wasn't what we want but there are other restaurants/pubs nearby.

Stayed there before, rooms are ok, location is great and an off street park is what I look for.
