Spacious, clean, large balcony. Fee paying beaches 10 min away on foot. Excellent free beach 2km away.

Bathroom door handle came off, but was soon fixed. Strange smell from curtains, were removed on our request. No dishwasher liquid, brush etc, you are expected to bring your own. Fridge is too small.

Very nice location just about 700 metres from our beach and surrounded by gardens. Large one-bedroom flat. Nice to have a safe and a balcony to eat out.

The mattress was hard.

Beware! The kids are not aloud to play in the gardens! this is definitely not specified and it should be written in capital letters. There is no salt, no cloth, no dishwashing liquid nothing. So if you want to just have breakfast at home and keep the kitchen clean you need to bring or go buy everything.

The complex is stunning architecturally and is set in beautiful grounds. Our apartment (on the first floor) had a sea view and a big terrace. It was a quick walk to the beach. The air conditioning was effective and there was parking too.

Lovely spacious clean room with living room and balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, advising us were we could walk to hire bicycles. This saved our time in Punta Ala as we were the able to explore with no motor vehicle.

The office doesn’t open until 14:00 and we arrived at 13:00. However had no transport to wait anywhere for an hour so sat on the steps waiting. Be prepared to arrive within opening hours or make arrangements prior to arrival. We wasn’t prepared for how far away everything would be so be prepared and ensure you had a car or motor cycle booked before coming to Punta Ala as there are no rental shops down this end. It will cost you around £50-60 to return back to follenica or a bus but they don’t run often, there you will be able to rent a vehicle.
