Location and price.
Gagan was so kind, friendly, and very approachable. Him and his wife were the only two we saw working in the 2 weeks we stayed there.
Very friendly visitors staying there while having health needs attended to, at Cairns Hospital.
A lot of things need minor repairs. Lack of attendance at the office?
Not everything advertised was provided. Limited kitchen supplies.
More information required required towel and sheet changing.

The staff were great. Rick was really awesome, he let us do an early checkin as we were waiting at the airport. The location was good too.
That only 1 ac was there, in the room only and there was none in the living room. It was very hot and humid so I felt 2 Acs should have been there.

The location and proximity to both the airport and the esplanade.
The absolute lack of engagement, availability and communication from the site manager. Calls and messages went unanswered, checking in was a self service affair, despite assurances someone would be on site, even getting in to check in took two phone calls. Multiple calls for toilet paper, broken and inoperative vending machine, no spare linen, let alone a blanket, minimal saving graces being a lovely clean swimming pool and working air con.
