الطريق للفندق( طريق البلو هول ) …ولكن الاقامة في الفندق عوضت هذا العيب …

دي المرة الرابعة اللي انزل فيها في الفندق اتبسطت جدا من التجديدات اللي اتعملت في القعدات على حمام السباحة وفي الغرف طبعا المارينا والفيو والمكان المميز جدا لعمل سنوركلينج

Great place to spend somedays with your family. The hotel staff were so friendly, especially Mr.Aysam since the day we checked in he was doing every possible thing to make us feel comfortable and happy.

The food variety, specially lunch meal, but in general it wasn't really a problem the food was ok, not fancy but acceptable.

The team is very friendly as usual ❤️

The reception (specially mr Marco). I’ve been a regular guest at the hotel (since 2018). I used to deal with mr Osama. He was super polite, helpful and friendly. But mr Marco had impolite responses for two times when I’ve asked for lunch box. First time, my mom asked for lunch box and I asked him politely to cancel it as we have changed out plan. His face turned into angry and responded that why and this is not possible and when I insisted he responded with anger expression “okay mr” Second time my wife asked for lunch box the day after and in the reception my mom was asking if the lunch boxes are ready and he responded with very angry expression “why you are asking always late and you should ask us at least at 7am” (7am just to prepare some sandwiches really?) Then he responded “sorry you are late and we have to take longer time”. Then some manager came and said it’s okay we can prepare the lunch box for you and yes the lunch boxes were ready. So I do not know what’s wrong with him. Ms Engy from the hotel team reached out to us and we gave her the same feedback.

Hanna, from the pool bar, and Minna, from the front desk, were absolutely wonderful. So kind and so helpful. I hope they both get a raise for improving the atmosphere of the hotel! The hotel overall is quite well-equipped, and has generally nice facilities (our room had a beautiful view of the pool and beach) and a good dining hall buffet with diverse offerings, ideal if you're planning a chill vacation or not planning on leaving the hotel much. By far the biggest draw of the hotel is that its private beach has phenomenal access to snorkeling over a stunning coral reef, only a few meters from the sand!

Staff: Many members of the service staff, especially the young waiters in the dining room, flirted with me repeatedly during my stay, making me feel extremely uncomfortable (They often did this when my boyfriend stepped away for a minute, but sometimes in front of him too). They were even touchy with my boyfriend, which made him really uncomfortable as well. I wish it would be made clear to hotel employees that hitting on guests is unacceptable. This really affected my overall experience and made me feel like I could never relax in public areas of the hotel, and for this reason I definitely wouldn't return to this hotel. Facilities: The bathroom in our deluxe suite was falling apart, especially the shower and toilet. On our final days at the hotel I saw they were doing some renovations, I hope that the bathrooms are next on their list! Additionally, during our stay we experienced daily power outages. Most were short but on our last night, the power went out for several hours and we had to sleep without air conditioning in August heat. Also important to note that there is no internet access outside of the lobby, and even in the lobby we often had trouble finding a strong enough connection to complete the most basic online tasks.

It was just ok, the view was good

The bathroom had mold, we found a dead bug in the room and leaves beside te terrace door, the sheets were not good but they changed them when we asked, the restaurant food was not good, meet and fish were under cooked, I paid for the restaurant meal then I had to go eat out. Too far from downtown.

It was a wonderful hotel with the best view, the sea was espectacular . Everthing was perfect
