The pool was a blessing and a great asset (although was a bit green in parts). The location is also very central.
The staff weren’t particularly friendly or personal. We booked a room for two adults and 1 child and had to ask for an additional pillow and towel (only 2 provided). We couldn’t get the TV to work (which they fixed for us but then the internet delay made it a little annoying) and the lamp next to the bed was broken. We also had a city view which was quite noisy.

Check-in was quick, and the hotel itself is not very large. Some areas feel a little basic, but considering the location and the price, I think it was reasonable

Stayed here while exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Great location and easy to get around. The room was clean.

We had a pleasant stay at Sky Gem. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. The location is perfect for exploring District 1 and there are lots of places to eat nearby, Our only small issue was that we could sometimes hear noise from the corridor at night.
