Wir hatten kein Frühstück, da es in der Nähe gleich einen Bäcker gab.
Alles war perfekt für uns

Zimmer war modern und sauber, gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher und Teebeutel. Sogar Ventilator, da es sehr heiss war. Leckeres Frühstückbuffet mit grosser Auswahl. Parkingmöglichkeit in Erlangen war sinnvolles Angebot. Hatten erstmals einen Digitalcheckin wegen später Anreise, was sehr gut geklappt hat. Informationen und Checkin-Nummern kamen kurz vor Rezeptionsschliessung per email. Nur die Nummer des vorgebuchten Parkplatzes hat gefehlt. Aber wir nahmen bei der Ankunft irgend einen "Reserverten" der uns am nächsten Morgen unproblematisch zugewiesen wurde. Schön gibt es die Präsenzzeiten der Rezeption für persönlichen Kontakt und Fragen.
Wir waren für eine Hochzeit in Laufnähe dort.
Hatten für mehr Hotelinfo (Parking etc.) im Vorfeld sehr guten Kontakt.
Keine eigentliche Kritik, aber Bedenkenswert beim späten Anreisen oder ältere Menschen.
Da alles sehr modern mit QR Codes für mehr Hotel- Informationen, laufenden Infos während des Aufenthaltes und persönlichem Kode für die Türöffnung per email für Digitalcheckin etc. ist, muss man zwingend ein Handy mit funktionierender Internetverbindung haben und die Lesebrille nicht vergessen und ggf. die emails regelmässig checken. Sonst ist das evtl etwas schwierig oder man bevorzugen besser den persönlichen Checkin. Für uns war es das erste Mal mit digal-checkin bei später Ankunft. Ging alles prima. Gut steht auch eine Notfallnummer, angeschrieben, falls etwas nicht geklappt hätte.

Musty smell,. hot cause no air condition, broken vending machine, complicated digital check-in, no parking place, no EV charging possibility, no staff available - what else do you need !

The gym, the modetn feel
We were told we had parking as early as 11 am but then told we can only park at 3pm. Then the next day we had toove to another car spot

The staff was welcoming and available for any questions and provided good information about amenities and parking during check-in
The room heating was not functioning all that well and therefore we were chilly during our stay. The ventilation in the room had not been cleaned in some time causing some allergic reaction to the dust that was present.

The hotel offers a good level of comfort, with a good location. Breakfast could be included in the rate, but it is not expensive.
Not having a toilet at reception is serious business. You arrive earlier than your check-in time and you don't have a bathroom you can use while waiting for your room to be released.

The rooms are spacious. Location great. There is a parking garage (15€/day) which is needed in Erlangen Center. Also very close to the HNO clinic, relative quiet at night and dog friendly.
The beds need to be updated.

Super lovely staff, great location. Room was well equipped and extremely clean. Also loved the breakfast which had good healthy options.
The beds could be comfier and the room looked a lot smaller than on the website. It could also be slightly easier to get access to the building- you need two pins to get in and one of them has many numbers.

I like the ubication at all. Quite but the city center is reacheable walking or by bus. The bus stop is very nearby

I booked 3 nights the first room has very bad smell and after a long conversation they accepted to gave me another room and I paid extra. the second room the central heating wasn’t working in the first night. receptionists are not helpful at all. bed is so hard and miserable billows. will never return and recommend it.

breakfast was very tasty, good options available. Might be wise to try to come earlier (before 8AM), because I had a feeling that after 8 it was overcrowded and there were less options after that time.
everything matched my expectations, I had a decent sleep, room was fine for the price, maybe the smell in room 210 was a minor issue that I asked reception desk to double-check.... So hopefully that has been resolved, too.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay, the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was also nice, it had everything that a guests would ever need even if he stayed for months. I also visited the gym and it was great.
The only minor issues with my stay were the temperature in my room since I didn't have an A/C and I had no way to control the heater...
Also the TV didn't let me watch YouTube, only Netflix through my phone.

The layout of the room, everything is optimized and minimalist, this harmony makes the room very pleasant to find. The bathroom is very nice and ultra functional. The 15€ breakfast is clearly worth it, the fresh bread is excellent.
A small fridge would have been nice to keep a drink cool.

This is a very functional hotel close to the city center and the main hospitals. My room was simple, pure, but had everything one would expect. Everything was very new.
My room faced the street and was a bit loud. The technology of the hotel had some teething problems. You do everything from checkin to checkout yourself on an app. Sometimes it would be good to see people.
