Great location. Right on the beach and easy access. Very quite and a great place to spend a family vacation. Place was clean and perfect for what we need. Only suggestion would be more beach equipment ( cooler, chairs, toys etc).

This was a great place to stay if you do not want a less busy/quiet get-a-way. The layout was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and playing shuffleboard. The beach was wonderful. Beach towels were provided. Communication was great with check in and where to park instructions. Our assigned parking spot had a pillar taking up part of it but was manageable with a car. Like the other reviews the elevator was slow but being only on the 3rd floor we sometimes used the elevator and sometimes used the stairs instead of waiting. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Clean condo. Wonderful views from the balcony. Glad it had an elevator. Parking was kind of tight. I wish it had a regular coffee pot for 4 adults. And the bed in the master was not very comfortable, they need to update bedding and splurge on some nice sheets. Other than that I would stay there again!

Clean condo. Wonderful views from the balcony. Glad it had an elevator. Parking was kind of tight. I wish it had a regular coffee pot for 4 adults. And the bed in the master was not very comfortable, they need to update bedding and splurge on some nice sheets. Other than that I would stay there again!

As soon as we walk in the clean smell hit us which gave me peace of mind. enjoyed the staying, the balcony had everything need it to enjoy the views , living room and dining had all the necessary. Kitchen only had one frying pan which made it difficult to cook. Only toaster and coffee maker not even a rice cooker which is usually a standard on This places,not even a blender which is also a standard on places like this. Both are really inexpensive can even be obtain at goodwill or something. Bathrooms had enough towels and smelling really good too! Master bed was comfy, bed cover needs to be updated, the bed was not made properly which gave the impression that was used before our arrival but upon inspection of the bed there were clean sheets! And also extra bed sheets in both rooms which is good. The assigned parking space has a building column taking part of the space if you have a big car like us is kind of difficult to get in and out But duable , over all we enjoyed our staying and will most likely come back again. Love the beach water was very clear and all the shells. Heated pool was nice too.

The parking space was very challenging! We would have preferred a washer and dryer in the unit. Only one pay washer and dryer per floor was inconvenient. The condo was nice, bathrooms are in desperate need of updating and the hall bathroom drain did was clogged and you had to stand in nasty water while showering. The location is great and the beds were comfortable. We had a good time. The bathroom and washer dryer situation would keep us from renting again.

It was comfortable with plenty of space, but it needs updating for its location. The towels were very scratchy so carry your own. Do not let the last comments keep you from considering this property. It was nice and we had a great time!

Overall this condo was a great place to stay. It was in a good location and easy access to the pool and beach is awesome. Stayed at this property with my sisters. Pictures are accurate. View is amazing and unit was very clean when you walk in. Bathrooms and bedrooms could use some updating. Carpet is very worn. Bedrooms can be noisy at night from traffic and you can hear My want to bring earplugs.

The contactless check in process was great. The condo had a patio facing the gulf. We were able to enjoy evenings on the patio watching the sunset drinking a beer or glass of wine! The condo had the bare basics for cooking. Needs a deep cleaning and one of mattresses was uncomfortable! One elevator for the whole complex so it was slow. Over all it was nice and I would rent it again. Nothing is perfect! The pool was great. Also there is a garage chute on each level so you don’t have to carry your garbage to the dumpsters downstairs! I would recommend you to rent this condo!!

The main living area and kitchen are as shown. Wonderful natural light and clean. The master bedroom is ok. Needs updating but bed is ok. The extra bedroom leaves a lot to be desired. Both beds have terrible mattresses! It’s super crowded and impossible for more than one person to get around in there. The worst thing is an exterior hallway light right outside the window that is not blocked by the shades. We ended up hanging beach towels over the shades. Not great! The fan in the main bathroom, that is right off the kitchen, does not work. Unpleasant and fogs up when the shower is used. The patio & pool are nice and proximity to the beach is great! Plenty of beach walk opportunities and beautiful sunsets.
