Nuovissimo per il mercato degli affitti. Questa è una bella casa Ariola Drive con vista sulla spiaggia libera e accesso a pochi passi dal vialetto. Il layout è cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e Master BR con bagno completo al piano principale. Questa camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Questo piano ha il portico schermato sul retro della cucina e avvolge l'enorme ponte sul golfo con griglia a propano e posti a sedere all'aperto e sala da pranzo. Il secondo piano dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi e schermati aggiuntivi in veranda. La prima camera da letto è la camera da letto "master" con bagno privato e vista sul golfo. Ha due regina e due gemelli, quindi può ospitare 6. La camera da letto successiva ha un letto matrimoniale e condivide il bagno completo del corridoio e ha una vista sul golfo. La 4a camera da letto è un'altra camera a castello con un letto matrimoniale con due letti a castello e due letti a castello integrati!

Host was very easy to work with and contact. Our questions were answered so quickly. Pool was very clean. A/C I the house is fantastic!!

Overall it was a good experience. It was close to the beach. Property could be updated. Furnitures had stains. Chairs were wobbly. One room had no air. Very humid and warm. My husband and I had to sleep in the pullout in one of the living room. That mattress had stains all over it. It did its job. Price was expensive. We went in the last week of May and it was close to the beach. I guess we got what we paid for.

The beach view was beautiful . The walk to the beach was short and very safe. The home was comfortable and very spacious to accommodate our large family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. It was an excellent choice of lodging for a week. We enjoyed our stay.The house was clean and everything was in working order.

We stayed here with family. 10 adults and 3 babies. The house is large with enough room for all comfortably. Right across from the beach was ideal with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed. Linens were plentiful and great quality. The outside of the house does not compare to the inside. First item that needs addressed is the outside shower. There is no drain or working hose to spray off the green slime that forms on the concrete creating a slipping hazard which happened several times during our stay. More pool chairs are needed. Only 4 for a house that sleeps many more. The gates and door locks need tightened or repaired. The yard it still full of construction debris from the hurricane including a large window frame sticking out of the sand. Sand needs shovels from the driveway and walkways. We had a great time but the house needs some extra care outside to match the comfort of the inside.
