House is lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had 3 boys, 3,4 & 6 and the fenced in yard was perfect. Dining table is very large with chairs covered in white fabric but the boys sat on the nice (easy to clean) wooden bench. Showers are amazing, in fact my daughter loved the shower head so much she took photos so she can install the same one in her soon to be remodeled bathroom. No bath soaps so pack your own soap or body wash. Also they have a lovely coffee maker but not one that takes k cups. Kitchen was amazing so many plates and bowls whatever size was needed we found it in the collection. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a game of catch. Neighborhood is very quiet.We are a 3 generation family with 3 children and 6 adults and had plenty space. We were in town for a family wedding so we only stayed 3 days. My grandson said this was his favorite beach house because the “best playground ever” was just a few blocks away.

We had an out of state family of 9 stay at Rob & Eileen's home for our son's wedding. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate with plenty of space for them to enjoy their stay. It is in a perfect location to easily access the shops, beach and local restaurants with special perks like 10 bikes for them to use! Rob was very easy to reach before, during and after their stay. One guest left a jewelry purchase behind which his cleaning service found. Rob secured it until I returned to pick it up. 5 star rating !!!! We would definitely rebook and we highly recommend this home!.

Our stay was extremely pleasant and enjoyable at your lovely property. We were in town for a family funeral and needed to find a property that would accommodate a family of 7 adults plus an infant. Everything mentioned and/or described on the listing was accurate and the location of the property was beyond expectations. Blocks from both the ocean and the town. Additionally, both Rob and Eileen were very nice and easy to work with. 10/10 stay across the board!!!

We LOVED our stay! the kitchen is updated as are the bathrooms. We loved that the downstairs had numerous gathering spots-large living room, a sitting are off the kitchen and a long kitchen/dining room table. We used the bikes to ride near the water and explore the area! A great together weekend with friends. The fireplace was an added extra! Immaculate and cozy!

Beautiful home, great location to downtown and close to train station. Had a great time riding bikes to the beach and down town area. Lastly, owners were quick to respond and always willing to answer questions.

We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Home is well-equipped and cozy and comfortable. The owners couldn’t have been nicer. We highly recommend this VRBO on the Jersey Shore.

We stayed at the house for a family weeding on New Years Eve. The location was great and the house was very well kept and spacious. The owners were very receptive and friendly if we had any questions. I would stay here again if I was in the area

The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s only blocks from the beach and in a nice neighborhood. There are great restaurants in the area. We would definitely return.

We celebrate Thanksgiving each year in a central location with family. This year we picked this location and it was perfect. Lots of room, plenty of cookware/dishes, fenced in yard (for dog) and a great location in a fun Town. Beach walks, bike rides, great hosts, and some shopping in Town made for a fantastic trip. Highly recommend this location!

My family and I recently rented this house in Manasquan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and the owners were very accommodating. We enjoyed cooking meals together, sitting outside on the deck, relaxing in the living area and riding bikes. The location was very convenient and the house is beautifully decorated. My group (five women in our 60s, former high school friends) had a marvelous time at this beautiful beach house. The beds were very comfortable, the linens lovely, and the decor very pretty. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything we could want (nice coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender) and lovely coordinating dishes and serveware. The AC was great. The house was quiet and the location great. And homeowner Rob was extremely nice and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable house with great outdoor space, perfect for dinner or playing cards later. Yard was very nice our two little dogs loved it, easy walk to beach where we spent most our days.

I hate to give away this secret but I would stay again here in a minute - professional decorating, quiet street, dual shower heads in outdoor shower, a great backyard for dogs and a beautiful patio to help when entertaining guests . We didn’t even take advantage of the front porch but it has great curb appeal and looks very comfortable with many rocking chairs . There were only two of us and our Bernese Mountain Dog ( our sister in law couldn’t make it due to illness at last minute) and yet, we would stay there by ourselves for privacy, quiet neighborhood and superb accommodations. Owners were very responsive and beach badges, chairs, umbrella and bikes galore made our last week in August vacation a wonderful experience.

Everything went perfectly for our annual family trip to the Jersey Shore. From the hosts availability to the home itself it was a perfect trip for our daughter’s 2nd birthday.

Our family just enjoyed the most amazing vacation together! This home had everything we needed and more! The bikes were fun, the home spacious and clean, the kitchen had all of the essentials needed. We enjoyed the yard, the beach was beautiful and the town was charming.

We found the indoor/outdoor living and dining spaces exceptional for accommodating families of various generations. There was no shortage of plates, serving dishes, mugs, glasses and cutlery. The beach bikes were a real bonus!! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any and all inquiries. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

The bikes were the icing on the cake! We rode them to the beach and around town. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Great location!

The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Heads up if you’re a sports fan. We wanted to watch the Sixers but they didn’t get TNT or ESPN, two big common sports channels, although there were plenty of other channels. And the homeowner tried to get it to work over the phone, but no luck. All in all, it was a great two day trip!
