It was decent

I liked their pool area, it was beautiful and refreshing.

The rooms didn't have things we needed, we constantly had to ask for something (iron,spoons etc)I also hoped there was back up for loadshedding.

Location is perfect, the hosts are also very accommodating and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The garden is exceptional for summer.

As someone who loves coffee, the fact that there is no kettle inside the room was a huge let down for me. Walking up and down to go and make coffee is not ideal. A small heater in winter would also make the stay more pleasant.

My room was spotless. Warm blankets supplied in room. Back up solar power and battery. Wifi password and important information communicated on arrival. Towels and soap in the bathroom. Easy check in and check out. TV had Netflix, Showmax, Youtube.

TV remote didn't work from the bed.

I’ve stayed in a few B&B in and around the area and found this to be the best!

The owners are such wonderful and friendly people, honestly nothing was to much hassle for them! Beautiful home with a warm inviting feel.

The only thing I could say was that the water pressure in the shower was not great!

A comfortable home setting stay in Jukskei Park

Thatch roof house with a garden and pool to swim Easy to find Accommodating hosts Beautiful big trees line the property

Noise from TV and others guests come through the walls and this happened all night on second night Breakfast was a delicious omelette option but no cold breakfast, so no fruits or cereals - this is not great for the price paid… Breakfast took long to arrive One smaller old towel per guest only which is a little strange Parking space was cramped for our bigger vehicle when it was full and accessed via a single very narrow gate

For non-picky people and very short stays

The bed was quite comfortable.

First, I didn't like the way the host received me. Although I have a PhD and 32 years old I had the feeling that she was patronizing me. Maybe because I'm french and/or look young. At first she could't find my reservation and insisted that I booked via airbnb instead of booking. As if I didn't know on which website I booked my reservation. Then you have to tell them exactly at what time you want to have breakfast. You need to tell them in advance how many toasts you want. I've never seen that.

excellent customer service, just need the shower checked.

lovely location, was too cold to enjoy the pool but garden was lovely. tv in the room, Netflix, solar in case of load shedding, personal fridge and cooking area. freshly cooked breakfast in the morning too.

the shower, very little pressure unless you want a freezing cold shower. a bin in the room and tissues would have been a nice extra.

Jo'burg Stay

Safe and peaceful with amazing owners. Very clean. We were treated like royalty and had a very nice chat with them. They are very accommodating and friendly.

The room we stayed in was up a very slippery flight of stairs which is not too safe when carrying luggage. The room and bathroom was dark and dingy and I had a very difficult time trying to do my hair and make-up. We were glad we didn't stay longer than 1 night.
