Great food and service.
The beds and pillows were hard. The pool didn't offer a hot tub and is too small.

Nix! Ausser heisse Luft !! Ich war früh da , meine Frau war Skifahren, Ich wollte im Wellnessbereich nach einer sehr stressigen Woche erholen. Einchecken durfte ich nicht. Zimmer beziehen war klar , Ich war mit 11:00 zu früh. Einchecken erst am Spätnachmittag ????? Na ja !, Welllnessbereich erst nach vorheriger Anmeldung !!!?? naja !, Meine Bitte mich telefonisch zu informieren kam um 15:15, Offiziell Zimmer ab 15.30 !? Nicht wirklich zuvorkommend. Sie haben mich sitzen gesehen !!! Schlussendlich einmal kurz in die Sauna und die ist nicht mal schön !!! Zimmer waren okay. Liebes Hotelpersonal Ihr habt mir den Tag versaut ! Beschwerde hat keinen Interessiert. Masslos überteuert ! Am Morgen drauf Frühstück !!! Wir waren rechtzeitig da !!!! Buffet abgeräumt !!1 Rest des Käse Schinken Wurst eingetrocknet. Nachfrage nach einem Ei nur unfreundlich erfüllt. Liebe Leute in diesem Hotel !!! das war eine NULLNUMMER !!! Knapp 400 Euro pro Nacht ?? Ich nicht mehr . Betirebsausflug werden wir hier nicht machen !!! Ich wollte mich eigentlich nur etwas entspannen !

The hotel manager was very nice and accommodating. Dinner was excellent and his wine choice was perfect.

Not super friendly. My half board offer was not attractive, better to go out for dinner at other restaurants.

amazing breakfast, great location, helpful staff
spa was nice even necessary to book beforehand, but there was always missing towels, drinks, and overall it felt less clean. pool was a disappointment

It would be perfect (10/10) if there were free snacks during the evening in the hall, also the buffet dinner price is too high.

The staff were all lovely. Very attentive and polite. The buffet-style antipasti in the evening was extensive.
I would have liked some additional prepared fresh fruit for breakfast.
