The accommodation was modern, clean and perfect for our group of 8 during our two night visit to Bucharest. The communication was brilliant and every query or request was dealt with promptly. Having the luggage room to use before and after check out was very handy.
The only negative I can think of is that the water pressure was very volatile. We found that we couldn’t use both showers at the same time.

We stayed with our extended family (Total 15 people) in two apartments - one with three bedrooms (Apt1) and the other with four (Apt2). The location is excellent, and communication with the host, both before and during the trip, was excellent. The apartments are nice; they are old but well renovated and maintained. There are a lot of stairs and NO ELEVATOR in the building- something I hadn't noticed in the listing description, which proved problematic for the elderly members of our family (aged 70+), who ended up moving to a hotel, as well as for the younger children. The breakfast and parking offered at the nearby Mercure Hotel were good.
There is no elevator in the building, and there are many stairs (about 60!) leading up to Apartment 2. It is not recommended if you have a lot of luggage (as we had).
The water pressure in the showers was weak and inconsistent, though we experienced similar issues throughout our trip to Romania.
Privacy - some of the apartments windows are really close to each other.
The parking and breakfast offered were good, but keep in mind that they are located about 600 meters from the hotel—a walk of a few minutes.

The property was spacious and clean.
Was a bit hard to get the suitcases up and down without elevator

"Alloggio molto grande e spazioso. Autobus sotto casa e metro vicina. L’alloggio ci è sembrato inoltre ..."
