Hotel has on premises restaurant.
Finding a parking spot around or near the hotel was a bit challenging.

The entire facility was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and the view of Frankfurt was amazing. The village of Bergen was a wonderful place for walking to explore the village. It was quiet and we felt completely safe walking even after dark. Curb side restaurants were plentiful, and we enjoyed the ones we visited. Free parking was a pleasure, which is scarce commodity in Germany.
We had a room for three people. There was only one chair in the room. Really?

The view
We paid for our dog stay but there’s no water bowl and dog bed. The room is clean but too much dust.

Ok for a short stay.
Public transport is walking distance from the hotel.
Lady at the reception had a lot of negative attitude. We arrived at the hotel quite late and asked if we could use the microwave to heat up some food and were told there isn’t one even at the restaurant and that we are not in a 4/5 star hotel.
Moreover room wasn’t too clean and quite old. The parking is quite small, even the basement one and we could not find a spot on the second day.
