Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The location is breathtaking, right by the río Sagrado with stunning views from the rooms. The place is really an island of calm and comfort, in line with Belmond standards. Superb food, service, cleanliness and also an amazing team of therapists at the spa. Hope to be back soon.
PS: The villa is just amazing, lovely fireplace, fantastic bathrooms and nice terrace. Bonus point is how the staff prepares the room on the evening, those water bags!

The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. The resort is majestic with the sound of the river and the mountains all around. Enjoy the delicious selection of Peruvian foods.

4) True actions towards Sustainability: recyclables bins and refil-based toiletries in the bathroom. Also drinkable still water in glass bottles in the room
5) Room with outdoor balcony with hortensia garden and comfort couches
6) Amazing Alpaca's feed experience, available at 8am and 4pm
7) Amazing breakfast and dinner with local dishes and fresh juices

Geographic location in the valley and absence of a shuttle to Urubamba / train station is a small minus.

Food was fantastic, chef is amazing. Concierge Jojan also fantastic. All staff excelled at thier jobs.

The hotel is exceptional. The grounds, location, comfort, and hospitality of the staff were above and beyond. We especially liked the hike to the Salineras de Maras and walking around Urubamba. The food was tasty and we even ate dinner outside near the firepit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Rio Sagrado to anyone looking to stay in the Sacred Valley.
I can't think of anything negative to say about Rio Sagrado. We had an awesome stay!

Beautiful location with attentive and helpful staff. The room was great, with a good size bathroom and dressing area. The food was delicious with good authectic menu choices for all the family. Would definitely stay again!
The hotel only has an outdoor pool, which was lovely and warm, but wouldn't be so great if it was stormy.

amazing location, view, nicest lawn I’ve ever walked on, feeding alpacas was the highlight of our day as well. the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming.
I think with the price guests are paying, the hot tub should be included so you don’t have to pay extra.

Very peaceful and pleasant stay.
Francisco was very helpful and Ana at the restaurant a delight. The security guard was very polite and watchful every time w left the property and upon reentering the property.

Magnificent surroundings, delicious breakfast, nice rooms and shower with a view.
Cute Alpacas should be groomed for that kind of property and not full of impurities on the fur. Taking example from Cusco, where Alpacas on the streets are maintained and clean. That is really not suitable for Belmond.

Real five-star experience as it should be, by the book. Staff at every corner of this vast property were perfectly attentive, room was neatly appointed even though it was the last available one. Great restaurant and massages.
The site is in close proximity of the river - hordes of mosquitoes!
