Fantastic location, very clean and friendly staff. The room was lovely, spacious and a terrace with great views. We had a great week and can not wait to return

The only slight issue was the bed was hard and not very comfortable.

Apart from the exceptional location, the highlight of this hotel is their friendly staff.

AC was on but it was old and not functioning properly. Despite keeping it on for several hours the room did not cool. We stayed in June so it was hot and we couldn’t comfortably sleep at night.

Beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable and clean with fantastic air conditioning, good WiFi, an awesome breakfast and amazing location by the beach. Incredible value!

The location of the hotel is just perfect! The room has everything you need and was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and willing to help. The top roof terrace is a lovely add on.

nice hotel in centre

I stayed in April and Llafranc was very quiet. not the hotels fault but there is very little here. not even an ordinary bar from what I could see.

Absolutely the best location, especially if you have a room overlooking the sea & close to lots of bars /restaurants. ( However this early in the season most were closed ) Good size room with comfortable bed & kettle to make tea/coffee. Great breakfast options with nice staff throughout the hotel - felt very family run.

Hotel public areas are very good but the bedrooms really need updating, and sadly look very tired. The bathroom particularly, with a plastic shower curtain which did little to prevent a soaking wet floor.

The room was clean and the installations were new. The staff polite and helpful.

The price was too expensive given the size and orientation of the room: the view from the window was a small internal "patio" with no light.

We had a side room over looking the square and the water. Comfy bed and spacious room. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with all our needs. Breakfast which was included was plentiful and tasty. Hotel had a lift, bar fridge and tea and coffee. Everything is within walking distance as this is a small town and not many People about.
