The location and the friendly staff

Very attentive friendly staff. Enjoyed the complimentary afternoon cakes. Comfortable, cosy, clean and functional apartment with large shower and plenty of hot water.

Unable to manage the room temperature more than a few degrees. Whilst lovely and warm, it was too warm to sleep well.

Suggestions: - in the afternoon with the snacks also offer something (simple) to drink, for example hot chocolate, tea and/or vin brûlé. That makes the whole experience even better! - maybe consider the possibility of offering a station shuttle when guests are traveling by train with heavy luggage

This was one of the best places we ever stayed, and probably the best one in the mountains! Good location, in the center, very, very clean and spacious room, excellent beds and sanitary facilities- everything is on top! Sauna and relax area just perfect! Friendly reception staff, we spent great holiday with you ! Big thanks!

Not that I didn’t like, just a note to others - to train station, where you take train to the main slopes area, is about 13 minutes walk. But! There is a small ski area just around the corner - perfect for beginners.
