Everything was so lovely including the hosts who lit us a fire on the Sunday so we could read our books cozily. Such a beautiful house would absolutely recommend

The location is excellent. The room was a nice size with basic cooking facilities. Quite bright with the blinds up. It has an old time feel about the place making you want to know more about it's history. The shower was lovely and hot. Bed was comfortable.
I noticed a few cobwebs around and the fan above the bed has never been cleaned.

Perfect location to the Bathhouse an surrounding entertainment. Wonderful that we could bring our lazy cat. Beautiful floral garden. Warm public lounge and pool / billiard room.
More cleaning ie a sponge and cooking utensils in the self catering area.

Location is 10/10 - walkable to all amenities in Hepburn springs.
Host was friendly and accommodating for our 2 dogs.
Pets are very welcome, which is a bonus
It’s dated (which is ok, and justifies the price point) but could do with a deep clean. The bed sheets were fresh but the smell in the room was hard to ignore (we believe it was most likely a previous guest’s cat). We needed to sleep with the window open during a cold night. I mentioned this to the owner, who apologised but seemed very nonchalant about it
