Not sure why this is listed as Hunter Creek it is in Davenport which is a great area. We love this gate community. We stayed here in March in a different unit but very similar set up. We loved the hot tub and pool. They have a good amount of kitchen equipment. You could use a few more towels but we made it work. We wash clothes everyday so washing towels wasn't an issue so that we had clean towels everyday. Do remember to bring beach towels as they don't supply them. You will also want to bring coffee and spices. We buy paper plates and cups so we don't have to wash a lot of dishes. Speaking of bring dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry soap and shampoo. So pretty much bring your own supplies. Overall I highly recommend this unit and the Solana Resort. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Good size property with enough bathrooms from for everyone. However appliances were outdated and probably need to be updated. The fridgr wad leaking and there's no items in the pantry. like salt pepper and limited toiletries.

We visited this property to celebrate my in laws 40th wedding anniversary. There was a total of 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children). The bedrooms were a great size, and each of us having our own bathroom was great. The house was fairly clean, but you could tell that a couple things definitely could use some updating. The backyard had lots of space for the kids to run around, and the pool was great. I will say that the only thing that caught us off guard was that the pool was much smaller than what is depicted in the ad photos. The wide angle camera makes it look huge when it really isn’t. However, we made the best of it and it still worked out great for us. We paid extra to have the pool and spa heated, which was nice. The heater was a bit finniky when we got there but the property manager, Marcel, helped us out as soon as possible to get it working. I will say that the communication with Marcel and the owner of house, Andy, was phenomenal. Every time I had a question, or if we needed something they were there right away. We were all very impressed. The resort is really nice, and very quiet! We may have been the loudest people there! All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

This home needs some maintenance and some heavy cleaning on the range.
Drawer on range was broken.
Light in master bath water closet needs a brighter bulb.
The fence by the pool has a broken post that does not stay in.
Carpet in the stairs looks like it’s never been vacuumed.
We arrived at 3:15 and were told we could not check in. No problem, we went to
The grocery star and shopped. Went back to the resort and we’re allowed to check in. However, the cleaning lady was still there cleaning for awhile.

Owner was communicative. Property manager came out quickly to fix a minor issue on check-in day. Nice proximity to parks. Pool/spa and pool table were nice when recovering from time at Disney. Would stay here again. Guards at the gate were very nice as well.

Completely wrong listing area! This is in Davenport, FL ***NOT*** in Hunters Creek. Limited towels, wash cloths. Only one trash bag, no paper towels, only one toilet paper roll per bathroom. I think if the property listing would be more transparent, the better this rating would be.

Very nice property. Communication with host always fast. The only suggestion I would have is a few more towels and basic dishes. Only four coffee cups.

Location was a bit further than initial anticipated. Parking requirements and instructions were not entirely correct but other than that, the house is great. Low noise from surrounding neighbors. Pool/hot tub/Pool table are excellent amenities. All this combined with the amount of rooms and bathrooms makes this a really great value.

Overall, we were all very happy. House was spacious. The only problem we had , internet connection was Terrible. It was so inconvenient since we were there for some series of training. It didn’t help at all.

Jacuzzi was nice got super hot. The house had 6 bathrooms so that was super convenient. The kitchen had lots of dishes and pots and pans. They did not have any decent knives though, and fridge did not work properly it leaked. But overall if you are going with family and don't want to go out to much this is a beautiful place.

Nice house in a secure neighborhood. The home was clean with a few common areas for large groups to spread out in. Bedrooms were nice, with one master bedroom downstairs. The other five bedrooms were up a rather long flight of stairs (people with disabilities might not want to have a room upstairs). All but one bedroom had an attached bathroom, which is a very nice feature! Pool table and fooz ball table located in the garage provided some fun for our gathering. We didn't use the pool, but it was there if we wanted it, and the nearby clubhouse had a nice sized pool, a gym and a miniature golf course (none of which we used). Only four cars can be parked at the house, two in the driveway and two on the street. I do understand there's a parking lot you can use for extra cars. The owner was super quick to respond to any questions I had - like within minutes. I would highly recommend this house.

We were attending a conference in Orlando @ the Orange County Convention Center and even with traffic this home was a reasonable distance and took a reasonable amount of time to reach (30-40 minutes usually). It was is a fantastic place to hang out with our large group as there is a large living room/kitchen area, as well as a lovely covered porch where the pool was, and a game room (converted garage) where kids and adults alike could play pool or foosball. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with utensils and even had a drip coffee maker, hot pot, blender, medium sized crockpot, etc. The host Andy was quick to respond to all my questions throughout the process of renting and was helpful even after we arrived. We were so thankful for this home as it was a wonderful place to relax (with a great AIr Conditioning unit) while visiting! Thanks!

The house is big , but everything is old.
The house has good size, but everything in the house is old , furniture, kitchen needs renovation, bathrooms, old sheets, few towels, the house needs to be painted, broken blinds, there are no curtains in the rooms. Anyway, I don't rent this property anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Kids didn't swim much, pool never got warm enough. Hot tub heated up after about an hour but was a tight squeeze for 4-6 people. Tried to call the property manager to ask about the pool heat, but he didn't answer (I didn't leave a voicemail, he probably would have called back I'm sure) but the host answered every email, usually within minutes!!

The beds were super uncomfortable and bed sheets and toilet had hairs all over finally it was not cleaned well. Host was not accommodating nor manager . I wouldn’t stay here again.

I think Andy should walk through his property as though he was the customer. It needs some updating of furniture and box springs for the beds. A printed list of TV channels and how to operate the VHS/DVD player would be great. Replace the window screens too. I don't expect perfect. The pool and hot tub were great. We still enjoyed our stay.

A printed list of TV channels and how to operate the VHS/DVD player would be great. Replace the window screens too. I don't expect perfect. The pool and hot tub were great. We still enjoyed our stay.

This property looked great on the web site but when we got there it was dirty, bathrooms were filthy, furniture was broken, it needed painted there was a hole in the living room wall. There were six bedrooms and only 6 towels but the property manger did get us plenty of towels. The toilet in one of the upstairs bathrooms leaked and came through the dining room ceiling., This must have been happening for a while because the ceiling was stained. The property manger did fix the toilet. One of the fans on the patio didn't work . The kitchen had hardly any utensils and the over condition was rundown. The only saving grace was the pool and it needed repainted ,
we are very disappointed and think we should get some money back and the property owner should be put on notice .I am considering writing a unfavorable review on trip advisor and mention that is was a VRBO rental
