The hotel is located near the sea and all local restaurants. The breakfast is very good.
There is nothing which I did not liked.

The location
Rooms need a bit of an update.

Warm welcome. Very large room. Beds were comfortable and the aircon worked.
Pool area was good- pretty with plenty of seating.
Breakfast was good.
Location is 5 minutes walk to beach where there are many restaurants and bars.
There is a lift to all floors.
Pool only open from 10.30am-6.30pm. Since we arrived at 5.30 for one night, that didn't give us much time to use it. We weren't even allowed out there later on to show the members of our party that hadn't seen it.
Bathroom needed renovation- sink didn't drain and shower door missing which led to bathroom full of water.
View of waste ground, rubbish and an abandoned car, then buildings and then the sea.
We had a kettle but no cups or glasses even if we had brought our own tea or coffee.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean.
The hotel was a bit run down and in need of some redecoration. The breakfast was only adequate and not a great start to the day.
