Awesome overnight stay for a road trip when you need convenience and comfort - especially loved the heating for an Armidale cold winter's night and -4 degree morning : ) - quiet location, big room, good bathroom and shower - easy to find and park and only a few minutes drive to restaurants
nothing - great value for money

The room was clean, fresh, comfortable bed and easy checkin-out.
Nothing not to like.

Plenty of variety and easy access
The shower plumbing needs attention in room 37. A mixer would be more practical especially for children. Noisy plumbing as water turned on -would have annoyed other residents. Very difficult to get temperature regulated.
