Dimora Intini

Atmosphere

The bath/shower in the best room needs to be changed to a walk in shower. As one gets older it is easy to slip getting over the bath side. There were no grab handles to assist.

Vorrei segnalare la cordialità e la gentilezza della sig.ra Genny sempre col sorriso e pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta Grazie di cuore.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. Free parking is a few minutes from the hotel.

I wish we could stay longer.

The room was spacious.

The air conditioning did not work in our room, it was uncomfortably hot. We told the front desk, they were not able to do anything. They eventually brought us a small box fan which helped a little, but not much. We were supposed to stay two nights, but checked out early due to the lack of air conditioning. The hotel refused to refund us for the 2nd night, which seemed unreasonable. In addition to the lack of air-conditioning, the shower valve didn’t work properly, the water was too hot and you couldn’t turn it down, so I couldn’t shower. So much for the idea of a cool shower to cool down. We also ran out of toilet paper, there were no spare rolls. And they had zero drinking water in the room. No coffee or tea making facilities either. Breakfast was also rather mediocre. Definitely would not recommend.
