although in a quiet location , it was very close to the city centre, an easy 5/7 minute walk
Minor problems: the shower was very hard to adjust to an even temperature, there was a bit of a bubble in the kitchen flooring and though not the flat owner's problem, the waste bins in the basement were overflowing.

Fantastic location in the city, but quiet at night. Plenty of space in the unit and well equipped.
The entrance to the door was a little shabby. But once inside all ok, very secure.

Location. Graham was a great help assisting us with our luggage.
No lifts !
Lifts out since Christmas time and we were not advised at time of booking. Being on the 3rd floor with some mobility issues is not fun.
