The breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient, close to the subway and Ueno Park. The housekeeping was also very good.
The room was very small, with barely enough space to even put my suitcase. I could frequently hear the “ding” sound from the elevator, which was quite annoying. The bathroom felt like an old prefabricated unit rather than a regular bathroom. The bottom part of the sink had been repaired with tape, which was starting to peel off. There was also no wardrobe or proper storage space for clothes.

The location of as probable the best part of this stay. It gives you a real sense of feeling local. I particularly appreciated being detached from the volume of people in many ways.
The staff were formidable in their care and warm service.
As an Australian travelling solo, I’d say the biggest realisation was how tiny these room can be. I’d say believe the video reviews if you come across any. In many ways, it does become claustrophobic after a while. I personally enjoy space, so would encourage looking a slight bigger alternative.

Great, quiet location. Close to subway. Clean, comfortable room. Perfect for my first few days in Tokyo.
Nothing. This was just a simple, cheaper, convenient stay. Everyone was nice.

Posizione, vicino a metropolitana, ma si può raggiungere a piedi anche stazione Ueno. Disponibilità del personale e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del checkin e dopo il checkout
Camera troppo piccola (2 adulti + 1bambino di 5 anni) con un solo letto e zero spazio per muoversi. Per aprire la valigia si deve appoggiare sul letto
