The homely feel of the hotel. The pictures you see online and what the property looks like are exactly the same even better. The staff was amazing and so helpful at all times. Enjoyed our stay here. The family room was really beautiful, enough space for the kids.

Our whole experience was magical. We recently celebrated our Anniversary and choosing Last Word was a great choice of a place to spend our time. The staff is very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Love this place we will return there.
Everything was wonderful.

The location is very central and the gardens are lovely.
The noisy gate and reception area.

The first thing you see when entering is how beautifully decorated the hotel is. The bedrooms did not disappoint, everything is so carefully designed. The staff were incredible and friendly. We loved the turn down service, each night we had hot water bottles, hot chocolate and a pudding waiting for us.
