Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer war optimal.

Inden opholdet havde jeg oplyst at min mand er handikappet. Værelset vi fik, var ikke ligefrem handikap venligt. Værelset var småt med skrå væge og sengen stod op af vægen. Ingen af os kan kravle ind og ud af sengen. På badeværelset var der badekar. Det kan min mand ikke kravle op i. Jeg talte med receptionisten, som tilbød et andet værelse. Vi fik et større værelse med gode senge og bruser på badeværelset. Der var gratis minibar med 1 øl og 3 sodavand. Det har jeg aldrig oplevet før.

Man kan ikke købe eller lave kaffe på værelset. Man kan tilkøbe morgenmad, men hold nu op den er dyr.

Der Fön war ausgesprochen gut. So einen guten hatte ich noch nie auf einem Hotelzimmer. Die Lage ist richtig gut

Desinteressiertes Personal, nicht so sauber, Zuerst hatten wir Minizimmer unter dem Dach. Wir mussten leider etwas unfreundlich werden, um eine Umbuchung zu bekommen. Dann bekamen wir doch noch Zimmer, wie sie auch bei der Buchung beschrieben waren. Das Frühstück viel zu teuer (25€), daher sind wir in der Stadt frühstücken gegangen.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Rezeption erst ab 13 Uhr besetzt. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht. In jedem Badezimmer lief die Lüftung nur sporadisch. Es ist sehr hellhörig im Haus. Am ersten Aufenthaltstag gab es zum Frühstück nur Mini Aufbackbrötchen. Eins mit Körnern, viele mit Mohn und Laugenbrötchen sowie Toastbrot aber keinen Toaster. Nicht eine Scheibe Brot. Keine normalen Brötchen. Ansonsten war das Buffet reichhaltig und frisch bestückt. Nach unserer Beschwerde war aber am nächsten Tag auch Brot vorhanden. 24.90 € für Frühstück ist deutlich überzogen. Dafür bekommt man in jedem Restaurant ein sehr gutes Mittagessen. Entsprechend leer war auch der Frühstücksraum. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot gibt es an jeder Ecke. Das Hotel wird unter dem Namen BARGENTURM angeboten der Name ist aber am Haus nicht zu finden. Dort heißt es nur DORMERO.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Museum, Stadtzentrum + Restaurants + Hauptbahnhof sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Zimmerfenster schließen + öffnen schwer. Bei Sonneneinstrahlung ist es sehr warm im Zimmer.

The location was very good. There was a good selection at breakfast. The staff were friendly.

The price on booking.com included the city tax but I was charged more when I paid at check-in. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that it was due to the city tax - which should have been included in the price quoted online. The room had thick dust under the bed, a safe that would not lock, and instead of tiles in the shower there was paint (cracked and peeling in one area, causing water to pool between the paint and the wall). Worst of all, my room had no wifi. I was told by a staff member that this would be fixed the next day but nothing happened. They refused to move me to another room because they were fully booked. I was told to use the wifi in the restaurant but the signal was so weak in all parts of the room that it was impossible to work there. I had to work from the lobby without a desk and with constant foot traffic. I was travelling for work so wifi is a standard amenity that should have been provided. On top of this, there was no offer to reduce the cost of my stay as a result of this inconvenience. In fact, the staff member I spoke to repeatedly about it didn't seem to think it was an issue.
