Room was simple, but comfortable. Friendly staff who were very helpful when there was an issue with my room.
Hotel on a lovely residential square, within a couple of minutes of Earls Court Tube.
Walls were thin, room next door chatting until 3.30 am, probably not even loudly

Good location. Close to Earl's Court tube station.
There was no housekeeping during my stay, so the room wasn't cleaned and the rubbish wasn't taken out. The WiFi also didn't reach my room, so I had to use mobile data.
My room was on the 4th floor with no lift, and the stairs were quite narrow, which can be difficult with luggage. The room also looked a bit different from the pictures.
There wasn't really a traditional reception area, and the room was quite basic. There was no table, and I was only given one towel.
