Did not have breakfast as at 12e was a bit pricey.The apartment was quite large with beamed ceilings.The facilities were extremely modern.It was in a great location surrounded by bars and restaurants,yet was 10 mins from the centre.

I totally recommend this accomodation. It is in the city center. The house is awsome. The owner is really nice and helpful.
Which is important for me the breakfast, I can tell you it was excellent.

Handy location. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Not much else to be honest.
Right above a bar; very noisy. Notified there would be a party on the day of arrival. Room cluttered with ephemera; too much emphasis on form over function. Bit mucky around the edges. Clean but tired. Poor WiFi.

Great place, the decoration is very special. You feel like being in an artist's home, very cool. Staff is really friendly an helpful, the breakfast is fantastic.
There was a party in the bar just next door. Although the music stopped @ 23.00 the people stayed out in the street, they were very loud, even around 2.00 in the morning we could hear them with closed windows, so could not sleep much.

We had a wonderful stay - our room was spacious enough, super clean, cozy and comfortable. The owners are very nice people and their house is a masterpiece. A nice thing is a bar downstairs - the prices are fair and it’s really nice to chill out there. The B&B is located near the city center and it’s just 20 min walk along gorgeous streets towards the train station.
The only thing that spoiled our stay was music from the other bar - there was a party right under our appartment and music was soo loud that made everything vibrating inside! We felt like we’re in the night club. It was insane, taking into account how tired we were after a long day in Venice.

It was our second time at Locanda San Tomaso, and for a reason: We just love it!
Everything about it. So many nice details, furniture and decoration, such beautiful rooms, the best breakfast one could imagine.

A unique small hotel filled with interesting antiques and art work, many painted by the owner who is an artist. comfortable room and delicious breakfast. owners were attentive, gracious and helpful.

Architecturally interesting interior, specifically our top floor corner room. Very nice breakfast. Good location.
Major miscommunication with the owner/manager regarding where to park our car during the Tuesday market. Our car was towed, costing 17 euros for a taxi to the tow lot and 150 euros to get our car back.
Also, parking in the lots require payment: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, so you have to get to the lot before 8:00 to pay and put the ticket on your car. Very inconvenient.

Great place with a great location! Friendly hosts and tasty breakfast. Stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed the city and easy getting to Venice. Room was cozy with a personal touch and history remarks and things. Thank You for the beautiful Italian experience!

Very cozy place, charming host, good breakfast. Felt more like staying at friends place than in hotel. Conditioner with adjustable settings. Good location - not very busy, green areas around to go for a walk, max 20min walk from train station. Room was as advertised on pics.
Can be noizy because of bar/restaurant (~till midnight) and street - closed windows didnt help much, but we used to it and from second night it felt fine.

Charming house with lots of extraordinary details, paintings, books, eg in our room there were also book of Dante And Rossinis libretos, grand collection of classic music vinyls etc. The host was very nice and helpful Italian gentleman. The breakfast was like a masterpiece with berries, grapes, muesli, yoghurt, croissants, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, juice and cakes. The location is good to walk to the central old town for 5 min. Possible to buy cold water and prosecco. If you get the room near the main street, do not forget to close the outer covering window to lessen noise and light from the street.
Maybe would have liked breakfast and check-out a bit later 11-12 am.

The whole facility is very thoughtfully decorated. The room itself was very clean and well kept, with all the facilities working as expected. The breakfast is excellent and is more of an experience. Both the owners are very warm and it was wonderful to have conversations with them.

Wonderful, individual property, lovingly decorated. Lovely touches and very homely. Fantastic breakfast, beautifully served. We were on a cycling tour and unfortunately could only stay one night. Treviso is a lovely town.

after we booked in we had no contact with the accommodation providers. we had a single top sheet on our double bed. Obviously the sheet did not cover the blanket which was on ours face - not a nice sleep
