各階にコインランドリーつけてもらえると助かります

Location is awesome. Came for jazz fest and nakasu was easily accessible by bus with the stop being right out side

I’m sure they’ve had issues in the past with young people or maybe foreigners because one of the evenings I had security stop me before I got to the elevator. I immediately showed my room key and asked if something happened. No explanation the gentleman was apologetic and pressed the elevator button for me. I’m full Japanese living in the states- I guess I got profiled? Even front desk would just stare at me some nights as I would bob my head to greet them as I’d come back to the hotel in the evening. I was a solo traveler. Never brought a guest back with me. I got blank looks or no acknowledgement at times and that was a bit sad but other than that everything was great!

방 안의 침대 위 선반에 먼지가 가득함.. 잘 좀 닦아주시길.. 프론트 직원 서비스는 어떤 분은 친절하고, 어떤 분은 불친절함. (룸 청소원분들은 모두 엄청 친절하심.) 그리고 제일 아쉬웠던 점은 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 유료인것. 왜 유료로 바뀐건지 모르겠으나 너무 불편함... 짐 보관만 무료이면 텐진에서 3성급 호텔로 최고일 듯..
