Magical and cosy atmosphere, with extra attention to all details involved and pleasant surprises during the day. This is a truly special hotel and the best one we’ve ever experienced! The views this hotel offers are incredibly beautiful (the pink & white umbrellas are a joy to look at all day long), while the experience is a very personal one.

Honestly there isn’t anything we can think of. The place really is amazing! The staff was very nice, friendly, and supportive overall, but some of them outshone their colleagues.

lots of kids at pool throwing balls. not sure if kids are always allowed or just holidays but area around pool is too small for too many kids…

Everything! So much detail was put into everything down to the decor, to the staff to all the accommodations. The property has a very relaxing atmosphere. Water spots are available on site. They provide a wonderful breakfast as nice dinner selections. we can’t wait to come back!

What I did not like was at payment time reception was having some difficulty processing my credit card. I advise reception that the card was giving some difficulty but my bank said that if the card numbers were typed in the card will be processed. I related this to the Clerk at front who replied that that particular service was not available. Meanwhile security was all gathered around assuming to arrest me for not having access to funds to pay my bill. I alternatively paid in cash some $3000 I think. Afterward in speaking with my Bank they did tell me that the Hotel had the facility to use the card number and they had my identification and my address. However the front desk was quite happy to make me go through that scenario.

Location was good away from the bustle and Bridgetown. I think the breakfast could be enhanced and be more exotic with choices.

Pretty much spelled out above. The wait was a bit long to receive the order after placing.. Staff at one point said to the effect that we must make a reservation so that they can be better prepared. I understand this but there was no need to admonish us .

Room amazingly comfortable with wonderful views and by the sea. Would have been more disappointed by a ground floor garden room a the back of the property away from the sea and paid a premium for what we actually stayed in.

The hotel is very compact and the central areas by the sea are a little cramped and tired.

The staff were amazing, hands down best thing about the hotel. The decor is super fun, all food was delicious, right on the beach. We had wedding photos taken (wedding cancelled due to covid) and Anne-Marie was amazingly helpful at organising everything we needed.

The guests! Beware 90% of guests tend to be an older crowd so you'll have to be up at 6am to get a sun lounge and don't bother trying to get in for breakfast until 9am. Also brace yourself for loads of posh bragging by the pool about who owns what property on the island.

Breakfast selection was very good. Rooms smelt lovely Bathrooms were large and clean.

Just quite expensive food.
