Peaceful location, great one bedroom villa, friendly staff, would recommend highly.

I would suggest to have a continental breakfast such as a selection of cereal, bread which you can toast yourself and pateries rather than a cold cooked breakfast as a short-term option until renovations are done. I would recommend better signage for villa Name and reception until renovations are completed.

The Villa is in a good position located in Seminyak. Only a short walk to Petitenget Beach, Potato Head Beach Club and Seminyak Square. There is a Mini Mart and Pharmacy (Guardian) close by, as well as many restaurants, cafes, retail and spas. There is a nightclub close by as per previous reviews, but we could not hear the music once we were in our Villa or any vibration. We stayed in a one bedroom Villa, and it looked as advertised. The Villa was clean and well presented. It was quiet and very relaxing, especially in the pool area. The restaurant at the front of the Villas has not been completed yet, so the reception is only a short walk toward the back of the restaurant down a path with beautiful landscaping. The staff were amazing. They would go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. The Villa was cleaned every day and breakfast was always served as per our request. We already can’t wait to go back!!

Room was huge in good condition pool is big, everything look like the photos in real life. Yuda the manager is super helpful, comes and introduces himself and takes pride in his customer service down to how they set the breakfast table. We asked for smaller pillows and they delivered them to our room thank you. All the staff were very nice.

Just a few little improvements but not complaining!! The staff asked for honest feedback to help them improve. The breakfast food itself could have been a little better. Maybe add some different fruits like dragon fruit or mango. Add some condiments to the pancake, maybe have the pastries fresher.

The villa is in a great location and central to shops and good restaurants. The highlight was the villa manager Yuda, who was the most helpful host we have ever had - any issue we had he fixed it quickly and he helped us with transport all over Bali (to Uluwatu, Ubud and even facilitated our whole trip to the Gili Islands). Everyone remarked on how great Yuda was.

Anything we didn't like was rectified quickly!

The staff at Yubi were very friendly and accommodating, they were most helpful with organising tours and transport. The villa we stayed in was clean, lovely and family friendly. The villa felt homely making it really easy to relax. We really enjoyed our stay at Yubi, it will be amazing to see what it looks like when the renovations are finished.

Location was convenient and staff were friendly.

Toilet was playing up so hard to flush. Bathroom sink was blocked. Could hear a noisy nightclub until 5am every day. Bed was really creaky and noisy although comfortable. Shower was very cold.

it looks like a full blown building site from the entrance where a refurb is happening but the villa was a lot nicer.

the villas are run down. nice but not what we were expecting. quite dated. the plugs are coming off the walls. the breakfast was awful and the staff weren’t great at customer service. the pillows are so big you can’t sleep on them without neck ache the next morning. we had to constantly ask for the pool to be cleaned out if you didn’t ask it wouldn’t be done. wish it had been more clear how much work was being done and needed doing before booking. wouldn’t say it’s worth the money we paid for the state it’s in.

The villas are very private with good facilities. Breakfast was always delivered on time. Friendly staff.

As most places in Bali after covid needs a good going over and renovation. Big pillows with no options for flatter ones to use.

Having a private pool was great. Bedroom + bathroom were extremely spacious.

It was located behind an abandoned building. The only thing between us and anyone outside was a gate + a locked sliding bedroom door so we didn’t feel very safe. Quality wasn’t the best but because of covid affecting them so much we understand that renovations weren’t top priority. A lot of lights didn’t work though + the PowerPoints didn’t have covers on them.

Grotty & in a poor state of repair. Given the tough conditions tourism providers have recently been through, the poor state of repair is understandable. The grottiness isn’t though, that’s just lazy I’m afraid!

For the money this accomodation was a bit average. Plugs did not work, kitchen facilities were poor. In general there was a neglected feel to the property.

The hotel has a restaurant which is under construction and its very messy at the front. There is no parking facility which will be a major problem after Covid. The owner needs to manage the maintenance better: pool pump is very noisy and needs new bearings. The kitchen needs the cabinet doors changing as they are broken. There is little water pressure in the shower and it cycles from hot to cold!. Many things not working also like power points and hairdryer.

Good location. Bedroom & bathroom are still ok, even though few touch ups would be great.

Sofa & kitchens are dirty. It's not comfortable to be around that area.

At less than 30 USD for a night in a villa, this is a catch. Staff made sure we were assisted and they were very helpful especially when we were trying to book a ride the day we have to leave. If you’re looking for privacy, then this is the place to be.

The place is a little hard to find, villas are a little far from the main gate.

Walking-distance - the staff are very nice and helpful, they tried to fulfill our needs upon request - With this value, the facility in the room is awesome. Big size room with private pool, bathup, kitchen, sofas, and day bed. Just need to be cleaner. - room was cleaned everyday - the villa has very much potential when it finish its renovation. I hope Bali is getting better and can get through this Covid situation

- there are kitchen but the important kitchenware is missing (like spatula and pan). However, this can be available upon request - pan, pot, toaster, kettle, microwave, and kitchen stuff available are already old, rusty and chipped, not sure can be used - in covid-19 situation, I'm not sure the room is clean properly since I found trash under sofas and dust on some furniture - lighting is very limited. Hence, very dark at night. For me, it's quite scary. - curtains are a bit dirty - room door is hard to lock and unlock
