Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang an der Rezeption. Sehr uriges betagtes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente in sehr zentraler Lage. Mein Einzelzimmer war klein aber ok. Kaffee oder Teezubereitungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Zimmer wären schön, da das Restaurant nicht an jedem Tag geöffnet hat.

Da es ein sehr altes Gebäude ist, leider extrem hellhörig.

Pros: Amazing location Great breakfast

Cons: Pretty basic accommodations but it gets the job done for a night. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night or two.

Charming, timeless family-run hotel overlooking Schwäbisch Hall’s historic main square. Fabulous service! The restaurant serves mouthwatering local meals (forget about your stereotypes about German food - they’ll prove you wrong). The beer is some of the best I’ve ever had 🍺

Pillows with a fill other than synthetic would have helped to sleep even better. During my stay the WiFi connection was a bit spotty.

Beautiful classic & historical German timbered hotel. Fantastic location in the center of the Altstadt, perfect for stepping right out into the Christmas Market. Friendly staff, very comfortable bed & pillows, good bathroom lighting, quiet and clean. Comfortably warm room during a December stay. Excellent breakfast spread with coffee made per order. We loved our stay in Schwäbisch Hall.

The shower leaked a bit onto the floor and bathroom not as pictured on hotel booking.

I loved the location of this hotel…right on the main square. We had a lovely view of St Michael’s church and the Christmas market. This hotel is located in a very old beautiful building. All the rooms are different sizes and some have quirky feature like floors that slant a tiny bit. We loved everything about this place. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. We liked the staff very much and got to meet sweet little Ivon, the hotel pug.
