The location was good. The apartment was spacious and reasonably comfortable. Medium cleanliness.
The bed had very basic matress with a low quality foam top which bunched up. there was an ironing board, but no iron.
I rang the phone number provided but didn't get a return call at all.

The location is great, short walk to the beach, and close to shops for anything you made need for your stay at the Gold Coast. Also the recent addition of the tram service and the recent upgrade of the main highway makes this hotel an exceptional place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone for a Gold Coast stay.
There was really nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Having stayed here before, I knew exactly what to expect. Since my last stay the furniture has been upgraded, so it has been improved.

I liked the kitchen/lounge/balcony areas most.
It's showing its age, maybe a re-fresh.is needed, but l'd recommend staying there anyway.

Location was on point and it was reasonably quiet
The spa wasn’t working and the fridge in the appliances looked to be from 1990’s -
There was also mould in the bathroom -
