El desayuno estuvo bien pero puede mejorar.
No me gustó que el personal hacía mucho ruido a las 2 de la madrugada en las escaleras de servicio, no sé qué hacían pero se escuchaba fuerte en mi habitación que quedaba muy cerca.

1. No cambiaron las toallas sucias
2. Tiraron a la basura la caja de un perfume nuevo
3. Se encontró a la camarista usando el cargador del huésped para cargar su celular.

to noisy, the bathroom windows to rusty and unable to close, rooms to small, the administration allows people to use the dinning room to noisy guests with children staying up until 2 a m, the front desk acted until I made a complaint, bad quality breakfast 1 to 10 (7)

The location was sensational and the staff were delightful. Truly fabulous shower!
The room was way too small for four people. The lift didn’t inspire confidence and we weren’t surprised to get stuck in it on our last day!

Great staff and location. Good facility and breakfast. Maid service attentive and covers all bases. I’ve returned for four years running, sometimes more than once per year. Active and courteous management.
TV size adequate but would prefer larger screen. However rooms larger than most so ok compromise.

I arrived late at night (early the next morning) in a rain storm after a 16-hour day. The young man at the counter assisted me with my luggage to the room. Very cordial and helpful. I requested an upper-level room and that request was honored. The breakfast buffet was a welcome gesture and delicious. The attendant was cheerful, helpful, and very fastidious. I could go on but I think you get the message.... every facet of my stay at this hotel was excellent. Highly recommended.

It was very clean, location is fine and fantastic breakfast. It has parking.
We were at the first floor, so transit and local city services are a bit noisy, so we waked up very early.

I liked the location and cleanliness.
The fan didn’t work, the door too close to the bed. TV remote didn’t work. Breakfast was not included in my price.

I ordered a king bed, but instead I get a full size, the room is too small, same as the bathroom, no heater and ac.

water pressure was amazing in my room how ever they test of our group didn’t this the same. bed and pillow were comfortable but the linen was stained
the rooms smell like mold and the restroom smelled like sewer. linens and towels has stains.

Definitely we enjoy the breakfast and personnel. Also the location is pretty convenient. I will recommend this place to others
I did not have the chance to park my car inside the property at all.
