Clear instructions, easy to execute
The apartment listing/instructions did not indicate that the unit was on the fourth floor and had no elevator. The information was not easy to find and we only found out when we read the check-in instructions. This made things difficult especially since we had our elderly parents with us and a lot of luggage.

Everything was clean and worked
It was noisy, and I had to clean everything after myself. When I book a hotel or apartment through Airbnb, I usually don’t need to do that.
Also, when I made the booking, the airport taxi transfer was supposed to be free. However, when I contacted the property directly, they replied only after a few days and told me that it was not their offer and that I needed to contact Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com, they told me it was already too late because it had to be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Overall, I am disappointed.
