they gave us a room first which wasn’t clean, then they gave us a room that had an issue with the AC and the last room they gave us had a door lock missing (it still had another one so we agreed not to move a third time)

Staff is very kind.
Worth the price
I asked for a missing towel and they took really long to deliver it. We had to use ONE single towel for both of us.

the location and cleanliness
the room design, the shower was very uncomfortable, also in the bedroom the light switch was located behind the pillows, the light turned on every time

The location was perfect for our needs and the price was adequate for the place. There are a few clubs in the near vicinity, but they stop the music before midnight, so the noise wasn't a problem.

Very practical location for me. I liked going to the downtown by walk from the hotel: very straightforward (and good for health).
Availability of parking
The cooling system is very smooth and not noisy at all (in my room)
For the cost: it is a very interesting quality to cost ratio.

Breakfast was not included. It is located in a as nice area but traffic is very noisy and ronda are not properly noise- isolated
A maid just barged into our room without even knocking on the door while we were there. Luckily we were just resting but had we been doing something else, sure would’ve caught us in an embarrassing position. That was just rude. The first room they wanted to give us did not even had AC.
