Food is wonderful, very good specially desert. ( alimentação excelente especialmente os doces). Nice are.. gym is good and pool is also very good.

We did not like that a hotel 5 stars... does not offer complementary Water..we could not find water in the room .. even 1 bottle for each. Not even coffee .. there is no coffee machine in the room and believe me even though in lobby area if you want a cup of coffee you have to pay for that... hahaha I have never stayed in a hotel 5 stars like that. This is really not good and not the way that you have to treat your guests.. Ibis hotel offers coffee for guest in lobby area for free. that really surprised me . We did not like also that all time they ask if you pay for the bottle of water asked ... waiters are very worried about you leave the table without paying .. you feel unpleasant alll the time.. looks like you are stealing of cheating them ..hahah
