Location is great . The apartment was clean and fully equipped. I would definitely stay there again.

If we have 24 hr reception on desk

Great location for exploring and lots of eateries around. Good layout of beds for a large family.

Air con only gets certain areas so main bedroom gets very warm. Washing machine doesn’t fit properly so took some manoeuvring to be able to use it.

Location was very central Good transport links Comfy beds and not a bad sized apartment for a family of 5

Checkin was not great as I had notified arrival time and when I called to say 5 mins away they stated would be there by the time we got there. It took them 15 minutes to turn up to let us in with us chasing up twice. This was not ideal having three children stood on the street waiting when they should have been there waiting for us not the other way around. It was a bit noisy with the old windows but it is central so expected but not sure much could be done perhaps secondary glazing. The apartment felt tired and needed maintenance in areas The lift says only two people which was a pain The most annoying part was ten minutes before the checkout time we had someone knocking at the door which I find rude. I understand if a guest is still not vacated 10 Mins after checkout but to harass a guest before offical checkout time for me is not great.

I liked the location. It is central and close to attractions and many shops

It was dusty behind furniture and outdated. The drains in the bathrooms smelt bad - no ventilation. The dishwasher and washing machine also smelt bad. The shower heads need upgrading. You cannot comfortably shower with a small hand shower that doesn’t adjust. There is no AC flow going into the bedrooms: the bedrooms were very hot. The sofa bed mattress was covered in stains. I will return to the location but sadly not this apartment.
