The location is fantastic
The rooms are quite dated. And ours smelled musty the whole time but we could not air it at night due to lack of flyscreens.

Location to beach, shops and restaurants is excellent.
The present room allocation process is like a box of chocolates, you are not sure what you are going to get. Having stayed at the establishment a number of times previously, the room on our most recent visit was somewhat disappointing.
