We always stay at travellers. It might be time to checkout other hotels on the strip. Our room over booked and this happened to other guests in the hotel

Not having access to a kitchen as required to warm up meals.

we did not enjoy our stay and left earlier, very noisy AC, luck of space, dark, mosquitoes. So much noise during the night that was impossible to get sleep and rest, ending up having sleepless night.

Location is the only one good thing and beach access, not worth the money to stay, would not return and won't recommend.

We didn’t stay longer

The hotel is located right by the beach. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The restaurant offers good options and has a nice terrace overlooking the beach.

The hotel had a water issue when we were there and the very noisy water pump was switched on a 10pm. The staff at the restaurant and the beach security could have been more helpful, they seemed very unmotivated to assist guests.

Food and service was excellent.

They should have real maple syrup.

Travelers is always clean and has an excellent staff from the front desk to the restaurant. The staff responds quickly to your needs.

Breakfast was tasty and quick to receive

The service when we first arrived to be seated.? We were acknowledged, asked to wait at the bar, then forgotten about. Couple that came after us were seated before us.

It’s right on the beach, friendly stuff, nice restaurants and very clean

Room is small without wardrobe and window is small too

The facilities are good, the beach narrow but adequate, catering is good, staff are almost always very friendly, (One exception), The property is well located on the strip at Negril, with other resources close by.

One example of a less than friendly member of staff. A couple of parties of loud and profane Americans.

I have been a guest at Travellers for over 10 years, I have to say that the beauty of Travellers is that it is a home away from home. I have stayed at the other high end hotels but there is something magical about this family friendly hotel. I will forever be a guest at this location. In addition, the staff is AMAZING.

There is nothing to dislike about Travellers

Staff were very welcoming. The hotel was clean and beach was great. The menu was good value and I liked that it was mainly Jamaican cuisine.

This hotel was good value for money. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also good. I would definitely stay there again.

On the beach, has a gym

strong smell of sewage between 3am & 5am, very shabby in the room buildings - peeling paint, missing fire extinguishers, rooms basic & in desperate need of decorating

Tucker the security guard is a keeper. Ian at the Front Desk true hospitality service expert. Overall It was quiet and not over crowded. The staff were extremely professional and friendly.
